How to Add Tags With ClickLeadz

How Tagging Works in ClickLeadz #

Tagging allows you to organize, segment, and follow up with members more efficiently. ClickLeadz supports three tagging methods—automatic and manual.


Method 1 — Auto‑Tag Members When You Approve Them #

Use this method when you want new members to be automatically added to a specific tag as soon as you approve their request.

Step 1 — Create a Tag #

  1. Log in to the ClickLeadz Web App.
  2. From the left sidebar, click Tags.
  3. Click Create Tag and name your tag.

Step 2 — Enable Auto‑Tagging for Your Group #

  1. Go to Groups in the ClickLeadz Web App.
  2. Click Settings next to the group you want to configure.
  3. Open the Tagging tab.
  4. Toggle Enable Tagging ON.
  5. Select the tag you created.
  6. Click Update.

Now, every time you approve a member request, ClickLeadz will automatically assign them to the selected tag.


Method 2 — Tag Members On their Facebook Profile #

You can tag any lead directly from your their Facebook Profile.

  1. Open the Leads Facebook Profile
  2. Select a Tag from the dropdown of Tags you have created .
  3. Choose a tag from the Tag dropdown.
  4. The lead will be instantly added to that tag.

This is useful for organizing older leads or re‑segmenting your audience.


Method 3 — Tag Through Facebook Messenger #

ClickLeadz also lets you tag members directly through Messenger.

How it works: #

  1. Open Facebook Messenger.
  2. Enable ClickLeadz tagging inside Messenger (you’ll see a tagging panel).
  3. Select the tag you want to use.
  4. Click on a member’s conversation.
  5. Assign a tag to that user individually.

This method is perfect for tagging users based on conversations, replies, or lead quality.
