How to Send Campaign Messages in ClickLeadz #
Campaigns allow you to send personalized messages to specific groups of users based on tags. This helps you engage leads, follow up, and nurture conversations at scale.

Step 1 — Open the Campaigns Page #
- Log in to the ClickLeadz Web App.
- From the left sidebar, click Campaigns.
- You’ll see three main sections:
- Tags (left): Used to select who receives the message
- Users (center): Displays users included based on selected tags
- Settings (right): Message configuration and sending options
Step 2 — Select Your Target Audience #
- In the Tags panel, click one or more tags.
- Users assigned to those tags will automatically appear in the Users column.
You can select multiple tags to combine audiences.
Step 3 — Choose a Message Template #
- In the Settings panel, click Select Template.
- Choose an existing message template or create a new one.
- The selected template will be used for all users in this campaign.
Step 4 — Configure Sending Speed & Limits #
To stay compliant with Facebook messaging limits, configure your send settings carefully:
- Choose Interval:
- Slow — 1 message every 2 minutes (safest)
- Medium — 1 message every 1 minute
- Fast — 1 message every 30 seconds
- Use Random: Toggle ON to randomize intervals for safer delivery.
- Limit Number of Messages: Set a maximum number of messages to send in this campaign.
Step 5 — Select the Next Action (Optional) #
Use Select the next action to define what should happen after a message is sent (if available).
Step 6 — Send the Campaign #
- Review your selected tags, users, and settings.
- Click Send Campaign (top‑right corner).
- ClickLeadz will begin sending messages automatically based on your configuration.
Best Practices for Campaign Messaging #
- Start with Slow or Medium intervals for new accounts
- Avoid sending the same message repeatedly
- Personalize templates for higher response rates
- Use tags to send only relevant messages
